IIE Award for Outstanding Service

Dr. Huba Brückner, Executive Director of the Hungarian-American Fulbright Commission was honored with the IIE Award for Outstanding Service in recognition of “the extraordinary commitment to peace and prosperity demonstrated through his support of the exchange of students, scholars, and professionals worldwide”.
The award was presented by Ágnes Vajda, Director, IIE European Office and Chris Medalis, Regional Educational Advising Coordinator (REAC) for Europe, U.S. Department of State.
