You must call RRC in the Netherlands at least 7 days before you would like to take the test.

Make an appointment by calling the Customer Service of the European Regional Registration Center (RRC – Region 12 – the Netherlands). The information you will be asked for when you call:

• Number on Identification Document (e.g., national ID card, passport)
• First name and Family Name without accent marks or any other special characters
• Birth Date (month, day, year)
• Phone Number (include country and city codes)
• Mailing Address (street, city – without accent marks, postal code, country code: 251)

To schedule by phone you will need a valid credit card: . (The card should contain the card number, expiration date and the cardholder name in embossed characters. No Electron or Junior electronic cards are accepted.) Testing fee of TOEFL iBT Test is USD 220. Your bank account will be charged with this amount. When scheduling an appointment by phone you will be asked the following credit card information:

• Type of Credit Card
• 16-digit Credit Card Number
• 3-digit security code (on the back of the card)
• Expiration Date (month, year)
• Card Holder Name (you can use for payment the credit card of anyone else, i.e. the examinee and the cardholder should not be necessarily the same person)

Considering the test dates of the Testing Center in Budapest you can choose the date of the test that best fits you. When registering by phone you will be given an appointment confirmation number. Be sure to write it down. This will be your test ID for the 2 year validity of the test. You will also get a test date, reporting time (exact check-in time for the test) and test center address. Report to the test center at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment for check-in procedures.
