At its 100th Board Meeting in September, the Hungarian-American Fulbright Board decided to nominate 17 students and 16 scholars (researchers and lecturers) from Hungary for the 2014-15 academic year. The students reflect a diversity of academic fields, 15 different academic areas overall. One Humphrey scholar’s file was forwarded to Washington. That decision will be finalized there.

These nominations will be considered and hopefully confirmed by the Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board in Washington in the first quarter of 2014. Subject to the continued availability of funding, the nominees will contracted during the second quarter of 2014.
